New Derogatory Term: Mehndiface!
So you guys wanna know something really funny?
Yesterday, I woke up with mehndi stained on my face. hehehe, I'm not lying. I was too tired the night before so I forgot to put my hand in a plastic bag before going to sleep. The end result was waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror, only to find one larger orange spot just above the corner of my lip and some freckles on my cheek. hahahahaha If that's not funny, then I don't know what is!
The movie Hitch was really funny too though. Qamer and I were putting on mehndi the night before and basically I was restraining my laughter the whole night cuz Qamer kept on threatening me with, 'Move and I'll kill you' type of deal. Sometimes I couldn't handle it and my hand would fly out of hers or I would have to cry out, "OKay Qamer, StOP! PLEASE! I CAN'T HOLD IT IN ANY LONGER, STOP STOP STOP!"
hahaha it was a wonderful weekend alhamdullilah.
Speaking of qamer being back though... I feel like her PR agent. I've received emails and phonecalls asking when she can hang out or when they could come see her. My usual response is merely.. umm.... you should probably ask her. But I'm prepared to answer the next person that asks:
"I can tell you for a nominal charge of $10, and if you decide to book an appointment, meeting rates are usually $20 an hour. Have a nice day."
